Core Challenge

Show the AI receptionist’s capabilities clearly in Spanish and help clinic prospects schedule a demo.

Overview

Summary: We built a high-converting landing page to demo an AI receptionist for dental clinics—showing real call flows, Whatsapp interactions, and automated appointment confirmations—all within a single, cohesive experience. Visitors can hear the AI in action, see the interface, and book a live demo directly inside the page.
The funnel blends credibility (audio demos, UI previews, testimonials) with a low-friction GoHighLevel calendar CTA to maximize conversions and minimize hesitation.

The challenge

Dental clinics were missing calls and losing appointment opportunities after hours, creating inconsistent patient experiences. SMILE wanted to showcase how its AI receptionist could provide 24/7 coverage that still felt human, handle bookings via call and Whatsapp, and confirm appointments automatically.

The key challenge was trust and clarity: the page needed to instantly communicate value—in Spanish, the target market language—while visually proving the AI’s capabilities and driving visitors to schedule demos.

The solution

  • Hero built for clarity & action: Value-led headline/subheadline in Spanish + dual CTAs (“Probar IA” (Try AI) / “Habla con un Experto” (Talk with Expert)) with micro-animations for instant readability.
  • Value proposition cards: Three anchors—Calls & Whatsapp, Appointment Confirmation, Recalls & Follow-ups—using large badges for fast scanning.
  • Audio demos (400+ voices): Two demo cards with operator visuals, duration, easy controls, and download buttons, so buyers can “hear” the receptionist.
  • Feature gallery: Compact cards for Web Calls, Phone Calls, Fast Responses, Realistic Voices to show breadth of the product at a glance.
  • Interactive phone + form (wow block): Smartphone-style widget with semantic form, aria-live alerts, validation, and subtle micro-interactions; vanilla JS for portability.
  • Product interface preview: Dashboard mockup (call history, client card, transcript) to prove it’s a real system, not a black box.
  • Trust layer: Testimonials and video reviews from clinics, then the final CTA with an embedded GHL calendar and qualification checklist to minimize friction.

Our role

We handled full funnel architecture, UX strategy, and technical build for the landing page:

  • Architected the funnel for conversion (offer → proof → demo → CTA).
  • Built the page in GoHighLevel Funnels with custom HTML/CSS/JS components.
  • Implemented reusable, scalable sections and clean styles for quick edits.
  • Integrated GHL calendar with UX rules to qualify leads at the final CTA.

Timeline & Budget: Delivered as a single-phase build, ready for immediate deployment by the marketing team.

Architecture & stack

  • Platform: GoHighLevel (Funnels) with integrated calendar & lead segmentation.
  • Customization: HTML/CSS/JS (no external libs). Accessibility with semantic headings, aria states; performance via lazy-loaded media and minimal JS. Analytics-ready (GA4/Meta/GHL events).
  • Automation readiness: Prepared for Custom Values and scalable sub-account automations via LeadConnector API v2 (locationToken), enabling per-location updates, OAuth-free provisioning, and stable n8n/Make flows with logging/retries.

Results

  • Average time-to-first-demo booking after page visit: 17 min.
  • Engagement with audio demos (plays/downloads): 320 plays / 46 downloads within the first 14 days post-launch (from test traffic)

Conversion target: The source lists 11.8% as a target lift from a 6.5% baseline; achievement is not confirmed.

Next steps: A/B test the dual-CTA copy, add multilingual variants and connect GA4 events for audio-play and calendar-open tracking.
